A state audit into operations, hiring practices and pension issues in the Cape Henlopen School District determines that at least two administrators are collecting state pensions and full-time salaries simultaneously.
Also, two sisters were found to be working together in processing payroll.
Auditor Tom Wagner, appearing on Delaware News at Noon, says the investigation also examined the $40,000 pay increase approved for Cape High School dean of students and head football coach Bill Collick, who previously coached at Sussex Tech and Delaware State University...
