Fire in Georgetown destroys Isaacs family farmhouse

No word yet today on what caused a massive house fire in Georgetown Wednesday.

Firemen from Georgetown, Milton, Ellendale, Milssboro and Blades got the call about the blaze on DuPont Blvd (Route 113) and Edward Street at the Isaacs Family Farm around 11:45 a.m.

The northbound lanes of Route 113 were shut down until about 2:30 p.m. because of the fire.

There is NO word yet on if there were any injuries in the fire.

And the State Fire Marshal is investigating.
