A Dover man faces charges he broke into several vehicles and stole items, including credit cards that were used to make fraudulent purchases.

State Police say 34-year-old Terrane Bratcher was identified as a suspect after surveillance video from a Rite Aid pharmacy was analyzed.

Police say Bratcher left that store after use of the stolen card was denied, but another stolen card was used at a nearby gas station.

Bratcher is charged with burglary, conspiracy, theft, unlawful use of a credit card, attempted unlawful use of a credit card and theft.

He has been released on $6,350 unsecured bond.

Troopers say the break-ins occurred in several communities in the South Dover area, and vehicle owners report that electronics, purses and wallets were stolen.
