Police are still trying to identify a body founded in a wooded area in Dover in 2012.

A Texas forensic artist has created a 3-D facial reconstruction of the man, whose remains were found near West Rustic Lane and Carrol Drive.

The man is believed to have been between 35 and 45 years old, and may've been dead for up to three months before he was found. It's still unclear how the man died because his remains were so badly decomposed.
