2013 Women's Expo Giveaway Official Rules
- ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the United States twenty-one (21) years or older on date of entry. Void where otherwise prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance. Employees and directors of Delmarva Broadcasting Company, participating sponsors of this specific promotion, participating Women’s Expo Vendors and their employees, promotional and marketing agencies, competing radio stations and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible. By participating, you agree to these Sponsor’s Official Promotion Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.
- SPONSOR: Delmarva Broadcasting and Winner Hyundai are the sponsors of the Delaware Women’s Expo and are responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.
- HOW TO PLAY: Visit the Delaware Women’s Expo and get an entry form, Be sure your name, address, phone, e-mail, etc. are filled in completely. Then visit all vendor booths, learn about their products and services and get the back of your entry “passport” stamped by each vendor you visit. Once your passport has a stamp from every vendor, take it to the entry table at the Expo entrance. A staff member will place your validated entry in the box for Grand Prize Drawing. YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT THE WOMEN’S EXPO AT THE TIME OF PRIZE DRAWING TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE!
- RESTRICTIONS: Each contestant may only enter once. Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur. - PRIZE(S): (A) DOOR PRIZE: Every attendant of the Women’s Expo will be entered to win a prize of $100 awarded at 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30 and 3:00, you must be present at time of drawing to win the door prize. (B)GRAND PRIZES: There are 2 Grand Prizes the first Grand Prize is one inside double occupancy cabin aboard DBC’s 2014 Cruise to the Bahamas aboard the Royal Carribean Explorer of the Seas. The other Grand Prize is $1,000. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.
- DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION: Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant’s eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.
- Delmarva Broadcasting Company reserves the right to adjust these rules at anytime during the promotion. All decisions of management are final. Void where prohibited. Winner responsible for all applicable taxes, tags and registration fee. No cash equivalent will be given. Prize must be accepted within 90 days or forfeited.
